Application of Cleaning Solution
Our technicians apply a 100% safe, odorless, and natural carbonated solution to your carpets to begin the cleaning process. Proclean uses a patented formula that has been approved for in-home used by the Environmental Protection Agency. Using carbonation to penetrate deep into your carpet fibers, this specialized cleaning formula lifts all dirt, dust, and debris to the surface so it can be removed by our professional technicians. The solution dries within 1 to 2 hours and is absolutely safe for children and pets.
Extraction and Carpet Grooming
Once the patented natural cleaning formula has done its job, the extraction process begins. Our technicians use a rotary cotton pad buffering method which extracts all dirt, dust, and debris which has been lifted to the service of your carpets. Our carpet protector is applied after a cleaning of all carpeted areas. After our natural carbonating solution is deposited onto the surface, all the dirt, dust, and debris that is embedded within your carpet fibers are lifted to the surface and ready for extraction. We then use a round buffer or “bonnet” to extract all carpet contaminants, using a rotary cotton pad to extract all the dirt, dust, and debris that has been lifted to the surface of your carpets. This industry machine resembles a floor buffer, with an absorbent spin pad that attracts all the soil from within your carpets.
Depending on the condition of your carpets, deep cleaning is recommended for areas with high traffic patterns and heavy stains, especially for homes with pets. After our natural carbonated carpet solution has been applied to your carpets to lift all contaminants to the surface, our specialized deep cleaning involves a heavy-duty rotary brush scrubbing of your carpets that works best for removing stubborn stains and bacteria from your carpets. We then use a rotary cotton pad buffer machine to extract all carpet contaminants and bacteria.
This is the best package to reduce and fight unhealthy bacteria as well as tackle tough stains. This provides a deep cleaning combined with a powerful sanitizer/deodorizer that is extremely effective at removing all bacteria and odors from your carpets. The longer the stain material remains in the carpet, the higher the chance of permanent color change, even if all the original stain material is removed. Immediately blotting (not rubbing) the stain material as soon as possible will help reduce the chances of permanent color change. Artificial food coloring stains are generally considered permanent stains (Kool-Aid, Gatorade, Listerine, soda, etc.).
