Regular Cleaning Package $249
We clean throughout your entire air duct system with the power of our industrial grade HEPA vacuum attached to your main duct combined with the power of our truck mounted compressor which we use to clean each individual vent in your home in order to provide an unbeatable cleaning quality ensured by PROCLEAN!
We use an extremely powerful, industrial grade HEPA (High-Efficiency-Particulate-Air) vacuum in order to clean your air duct system by attaching it to the largest main duct in your home. Using industrial scale equipment in order to clean residential size homes provides an unbeatable cleaning quality that is ensured by PROCLEAN.
Truck Mounted Compressor
We use a powerful, commercial grade truck mounted compressor to clean every vent in your home. While the industry standard is a truck mounted vacuum attached to your main duct as the main source of cleaning, here at PROCLEAN our main source of cleaning is the much more powerful HEPA vacuum. Our truck mounted equipment is utilized as our secondary source of cleaning, a true step above the rest of the industry.
Individual Vent Cleaning
While our HEPA vacuum is running & attached to your main duct, we use a line from our truck mounted compressor to simultaneously clean each and every vent in your home with 350 mph of air pressure while the HEPA vacuum continuously sucks in all the dirt, dust & debris that is being removed from your air duct system. We also find and clean the hidden vents in your home and don’t charge extra for return vents/registers!

Indoor air quality is one concern that homeowners have when they decide to investigate air duct cleaning. In a typical six-room home, up to 40 pounds of dust is created annually through everyday living. Your heating and cooling system is the lungs of your home. The system takes air in and breathes air out. Through normal occupation in a home, we generate a great deal of contaminants and air pollutants, such as dander, dust, and chemicals. These contaminants are pulled into the HVAC system and re-circulated 5 to 7 times per day, on average. Over time, this re – circulation causes a build-up of contaminants in the duct work. While dirty ducts don’t necessarily mean unhealthy air in your home, school or workplace, they may be contributing to larger health issues or harboring contaminants that could cause serious problems for people with respiratory health conditions, autoimmune disorders or some environmental allergies.
According to the U.S. Department of Energy, 25 to 40 percent of the energy used for heating or cooling a home is wasted. Contaminants in the heating and cooling system cause it to work harder and shorten the life of your system. Although filters are used, the heating and cooling system still gets dirty through normal use. When an HVAC system is clean, it doesn’t have to work as hard to maintain the temperature you desire. As a result, less energy is used, leading to improved cost-effectiveness. Contact us with any questions or to arrange a cleaning appointment for your home or office today!
Your air duct system provides an ideal breeding ground for bacteria, mold and fungi. Allergens, such as pet fur, get caught in the vents and build up living germs, fungus, and allergy causing elements, giving mold and mildew something to live on.
These unseen microorganisms can live and breed within your HVAC system’s moist environment where it is dark and damp. Once airborne, these unseen particles can pose a serious health threat. PROCLEAN’s UV light system attacks and sterilizes micro-organisms safely and effectively. No microbial growth in your air ducts means cleaner and healthier air moves through your home, improving the quality of the air you breathe.
