Mold Remediation & Treatment by PROCLEAN
We seal our homes to increase the overall efficiency of our HVAC systems. This reduces air circulation in our homes. Since HVAC systems create a lot of moisture, our homes can become an ideal breeding ground for mold throughout your air ducts, evaporator coil, and blower motor.
GET QUOTESerious Solutions for a Serious Problem
Mold is extremely hazardous, causing allergies, skin rashes, and even more serious risks to those with suppressed immune systems. Mold exists almost everywhere and can be harmless, but when individuals begin experiencing aggravated health problems, mold might be the cause.
Several conditions promote mold growth. These include:
- Moisture or source of water
- Food source/nutrients for mold spores (dust, dander, etc.)
- Warmth and high temperatures
- Darkness and minimal light
- Aerated spaces or airflow

Air Duct Inspection and Basic Cleaning
Our certified and experienced air duct technician will perform a full inspection of you air duct system upon arriving at your home. The necessary cleaning methods will be determined by the technician and he will then get your direct approval before beginning any air duct cleaning work within your home. Upon receiving approval, the technician will begin the basic cleaning stage of your air ducts by attaching a HEPA powered air vacuum to the main air duct in your home, and then cleaning each and every individual vent in your home using 350mph of air pressure from our specialized air compressor while the HEPA vacuum is simultaneously cleaning your air ducts.
Evaporator Coil & Blower Motor Cleaning
Upon performing a thorough inspection and basic cleaning of your air duct system, our certified technician will access the evaporator coil and blower motor of your HVAC system, typically located near the furnace, in order to perform a specialized cleaning of both components. We lather both the evaporator coil and blower motor with a powerful, specialized foam cleaning solution, and use an HVAC brush in order to remove all dirt, dust, bacteria and other contaminants from the evaporator coil. Finally, we use 350mph of air pressure from our truck-mounted air compressor to remove all excess contaminants from both components of your HVAC system. After a rigorous cleaning of both the evaporator coil and blower motor, we then apply our specialized and EPA approved (Environmental Protection Agency) mold treatment and remediation formula formula in order to remove all mold and mildew spores that may be contaminating your HVAC components.
Mold Remediation and Treatment
After our technician has performed a thorough basic cleaning of your HVAC system and rigorous cleaning of your evaporator coil and blower motor, our technician will then prepare for our mold treatment and remediation procedure by changing into a HAZMAT (Hazardous Materials) mold suit in order to protect against the hazardous mold and dangerous toxins that will be removed from your air duct system. We then perform an extreme deep cleaning of your air duct system by using our specialized pneumatic air whip machine. The tentacle-like whips of this machine will physically contact and clean the surface of your air ducts, removing all traces of bacteria & mold colonies that can be attached to the surface of your air duct walls. Our air whip is rigorously passed through your air ducts multiple times. Finally our technician will use an atomizer machine in order to disperse our specialized and EPA approved (Environmental Protection Agency) mold remediation formula throughout your entire air duct system, killing all mold spores & bacteria upon direct contact.
